Very Good and polite front office staff Specially Dest atendent person don’t know name but this person was real Amezing with a good hospitality. Hotel is very beautiful with many recreation facilities. Food is very tasty and reasonable.Thank you once again for your amazing hospitality. Hotel has got a great location. They have maintained good greenery and it feels very pleasant especially in the evening. Rooms are bit small but neat and clean, very comfortable and with all modern facilities As location wise superb and facilities and services all are satisfy and specially food taste was amazing.

We stayed in hotel for 2 days with family and found that staff is couteous, services are excellent and restaurant staff is too down to earth. Neatness is maintained in rooms and rooms are spacious.
Vijayji and Priyanka are very cooperative.

We were disappointed with the level of service provided. Basic amenities, which we typically expect to be included, incurred additional charges (Room heater, water bottle). Additionally, some staff members did not exhibit the level of professionalism we encountered during previous visits. In particular, the receptionist’s tone could be perceived as rude and dismissive.
