I stayed here with my family for 3 days during my recent Arunachal Pradesh Tour. The hotel rooms are in downstairs where we got a so called Super Executive room with no views and when there is frequent power cut the room almost becomes dark because there is no daylight coming through windows as well. So when we asked them to put on the generator, they said it’s out of order. After repeatedly asking they finally started the generator. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL I must say. Their breakfast timings were just 1 hour 7:30 to 8:30 am. That too with limited food options. During our day of PT So Lake and Madhuri lake the driver of the hotel arranged car were extremely rude. As if he is doing us a favor for free of cost. Food was very costly. Hotel’s interior is good with nice flowers. Location is good.
Overall the management needs improvement in many aspects which I have mentioned above already. In our entire Arunachal Pradesh Tour this is the worst Hotel experience.
I stayed couple of days and found excellent service and hospitality. Fooding is like home cooked with perfect hygiene. I recommend my friends to visit at hotel vivid tawang. Staffs are motivated and great behavior.
It was a great experience staying here for two nights. The hotel is kept very nice and clean. The rooms also were very clean and hygienic. The staff is very cooperative and polite. The overall hotel management and reception staff are really very good and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if your looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay at Tawang.
I have gone through positive and negative review and I want to physically know about hotel vivid tawang, so I have booked two rooms for couple of days . I have a great stay and with good hospitality and great foods..
During our stay in Tawang, our travel agency booked in Vivid Tawang and the experience was not good from the start, we booked in Super Executive room but when we asked the receptionist, they said that they only had executive room which dissapointed us as they are selling the room in the name of Super Executive which we expected better than the Executive one. The room was OK but there were many problems in the room. The room was non-viewable and no sunlight was entering inside the room making the room feel dampy and dark and frequent power cuts seemed normal in the hotel and when we asked them to start the generator but they fulfilled our request after a long time and the rooms were also in the downstairs which we haven’t seen in any other hotel and it was problematic for us. The breakfast was also not very good. They do not have many food options showing the lack of versatility and the food was also not good. Initially, the staff was good but then they became bit rude and less interactive with us in the later part of our stay. The food items was also very costly as compared to other hotels and the quality was not matching with its cost making it unreasonable for us to buy. Overall, the management was bad and the room was also not very good because of its location but the interior was good and the food was costly and somehow eatable. And the most surprising thing, no other boarders are complaining about these issues and this is also one of the reason why the quality of the hotel degraded. Me and my family are not satisfied with the hotel and our travel agency is also accountable for this.One more thing I want to add that they are not skilled in making and calculating bills. Like when my father asked for the bill for dinner, they made it of 400 but actually it should be 300 as they have counted two masala omllete but actually it should be one. When my father made them realise their mistake they were apologizing.They should fix such issues otherwise the customers have to suffer from it.
