One of the worst hotels in Patna. The team keeps blaming one or the other department for the blunder they create.
I ordered food at 10pm. I was starving & thought to check on as it was already 11pm.
I called the room service 7 times but there was no response.
I called in reception, the receptionist said she had no idea & to call on room service.
The entire night was spent in hunger & regret in booking my stay at the wrong hotel.

The hotel was too dirty and lack of staff in the hotel. Service was also poor no proper care of the guest
It’s a pretty good hotel for this place. The room they gave me was really good looking and the food here is also delicious. Though there is no places for your vehicle parking and you’ll have to climb down a bit but overall it’s a pretty nice place for your stay at Shimla.

Hotel Windsor serving very well. Rooms are clean and they maintain good quality of food.
Struggle with lift, as we went for family function but couldn’t access the lift as it only functions with room key cards.
