It was my first booking from Agoda. Not upto the mark. Staff boys were really good. They helped us. But location was not properly mentioned, Rooms were not upto the mark. On their description all images are fake.
This hotel is just in the side of waterfall from balcony you can see waterfall. Rooms are ok not so good. It feels very old. Washroom is also ok. Not a luxury stay. Only plus point is that it is next to a waterfall.
Really saddening experience. No aspects as promised. Don’t give in for the photos and description given by the various websites. A foul smell is there around the hotel, from the reception to the rooms to the bathroom. There is no room or staff service, filthy bedsheets and pillow covers and rooms. Water not available. No parking place as promised. Really not recommended.
Basic hotel, rooms smell pathetic, floored with paper carpet, which is not clean & fresh. Food is good. Staff is cooperative. Hotel manager is helpless with zero accountability, only wants you to pay for worthless services, aren’t even sorry. No wifi, no hot water through geysers. Owner of this hotel refrains when you ask him to cut down on prices charged for wothless services. Not a good experience.
Zero star hotel. I don’t know what HRACC i.e Hotel association committee saw in this cheap and pathetic hotel and classified it as 2 star property. Honestly saying never ever visit this hotel. Disgusting hotel, pathetic services and rooms were so cheap. Not a family hotel. There were only 2 people for service who used to go to smoke all the time. They didn’t care about the guest. Disgusting and smelly bedding. And the owner of the hotel has just one work from morning to evening that is drinking. He doesn’t care about the people coming and staying and their problems. Unfortunately we booked the hotel for 2 days but then after staying one day only we checked out. If this hotel will be a last option for you in Dalhousie then also do not pick this hotel.
