  1. Our stay at Hotel Yash Raj wasn’t good because the receptionist staff was rude and unprofessional. They didn’t listen to our needs and the bedding was old and dirty. They even didn’t give us handwash when we asked for it and said to use soap instead. We also asked for mosquito repellent, but they didn’t give us any. It’s strange that the owner, who is supposed to be a politician or related to politicians, hired such staff who don’t know how to treat customers right.

Our four-day stay was stressful. The treatment of our driver wasn’t good either, and the staff fought with the manager in front of us, which was uncomfortable. Only the food and restaurant staff were nice. I suggest avoiding this hotel unless it’s an emergency.

  2. My 30-days stay at Hotel Yash Raj Khagaria has been quite disappointing. The lack of professional staff was evident throughout my stay, with staff members struggling to communicate with guests. Initially, the service was decent, but it rapidly declined, resulting in a lack of cleaning facilities and mosquito problems. The breakfast quality also deteriorated over time, and the hotel’s inflexibility in accommodating simple requests, like providing roti for breakfast, was frustrating. Furthermore, the hotel’s own restaurant offered a limited breakfast menu that included puri, which became monotonous. The staff’s inability to address guest requests, such as TV recharge, was a recurring issue. The manner in which the staff and manager communicated with guests lacked professionalism, and they often refused reasonable requests.

Overall, I would advise against choosing this hotel for professional work or extended stays due to the degradation of services and a lack of professionalism. The hotel’s treatment of guests, including negative comments about couples, reflects the unprofessional atmosphere that prevails here.
