Very poor hotel. No phone number, very hard find this hotel, I find this hotel all over night with car. my booking price is lost. so I report to kotwali police station Nainital, complaint this hotel, I want refund my money my booking id – 573056485.

Poorest & Worst Hotel seen in my life!
The hotel guy is cheater and cancelled my booking without informing me and when I reported this to hotels.com support then hotel guy blammed on me that I refused to checkin because i didnt like the room.
Such as shame on this piece of loosers, who are operating this gang of “GoRoomGo”.
Last but not least, this is not a hotel, this is a paying-guest and hotel owner’s family living in the premises and making noice while guests want to have a peaceful staycation.
Please stop cheating the common people!
