Stayed on this property for one night. The staff was very professional and friendly The buffet layouts both for dinner and breakfast was lavish and live counter was awesome.
Chef Naveen deserves a standing ovation for the delectable dishes served during my stay. The presentation, flavors, and variety were exceptional. The chef’s attention to detail and creativity are truly commendable.
Both Mr Naresh and Mr Ankit were attentive, friendly, and their knowledgeable about the menu was exceptional.
I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
Our stay was nice. We had a very good experience in Hyatt. Chef Naveen and other staff did a very good job. Would like to come again. Just one issue, washroom doesn’t have good flush.
“Disappointing Stay – Only Redeeming Factor is the Food”
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Centric Dehradun, and unfortunately, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. Where do I even begin? The rooms were poorly maintained, and the staff seemed unmotivated and indifferent to guest needs. There was a constant delay with even basic requests, and the overall atmosphere lacked the warmth and hospitality one would expect from a brand like Hyatt.
Adding to the frustration, there’s no good laundry service! For a supposedly upscale hotel, not having good laundry services is inconvenient and surprising. It seemed like they didn’t care to provide even basic amenities.
The only silver lining here was the food, which was decent. However, a good meal does not make up for the numerous flaws and issues I encountered. I expected much more but was left sorely disappointed.
Thank you for everything that was comfortable. The staff was excellent. I would like to make a special mention about chef Naveen and his colleagues for making things very, very delicious and sumptuous
