Tourist spots in Haridwar are about 15-20 minutes away from here.
Giving 5 Star not because the property is Flawless (Some Operational issues due to recent opening) rather staff is Flawless.
I Have stayed in Hyatt chains all over India, but didn’t experience the hospitality like this before. The important thing is how you manage things when something went wrong. I was facing certain issues on 18th November’24 and providing my complaint at Front Desk Officers. Mr. Sunil (Front Desk Manager) who was standing aside was silently listening my grief. He approached me for apology & took instant action on the things with noting all my points. Hats off !
Apart from this, I realised all the staff are very helpful from Guard to the Managers. Not the least, special thanks to Ms. Babli at the Restaurant for serving us in a best way & for making our dining experience amazing.

This is a turn around feedback. Long back when i had visited i felt there were opportunities but the new leadership has really worked hard, groomed the entire staff and ensured the right standards are maintained. We really enjoy the dining experience here and the property is very well maintained.
Happy staff and efficient leadership really making a mark with some amazing hospitality.

Stayed at Hyatt Haridwar for 3nights,Rooms are clean,beautiful, Staff is courteous! Special mention about Nilesh at front desk,he’s quite supportive. Though this property is a bit far from Har ki Pauri but you get erickshaw,cabs within 10mins if you inform at the reception.Buffet spread seemed fine but it’s repetitive, Should improve on that ! Rest all was great.
