Disappointing Stay at Hyatt Gurgaon – November 2024
I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at Hyatt Gurgaon in November 2024. A significant amount of money was stolen from my luggage bag, and despite raising the issue with the hotel staff and management, no action was taken. The lack of accountability and responsiveness from such a reputed hotel is shocking.
I expected a secure environment and professional handling of such a critical issue, but instead, I was met with indifference and no follow-up whatsoever. This negligence left me feeling unsafe and unsupported throughout my stay.
For a hotel that markets itself as a luxury property, the absence of basic security measures and guest care is unacceptable. I urge the management to prioritize guest safety and take theft reports seriously. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a trustworthy and secure place to stay.

It’s a nice place to enjoy the day. However, the outer part is not very attractive. The rooms are good and the service of the staff is good too. There are some good outlets that will surely make your day.
