Staying in an ibis hotel for the first time and I was not let down. What I loved about the hotel was their emphasis on reducing single use plastic.
Two suggestions for the hotel
1. Would have been nice to have a swimming pool and more open air places for people to chill.
2. Will be good for the hotel to do an energy audit and install more energy efficient air cooling solutions.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully maintained and very comfortable. The staff, especially Alan, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. He suggested some fantastic places to visit, which really made my trip even more enjoyable. The entire team was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
Excellent, centrally located hotel in MG road. Very clean, prompt service, excellent breakfast buffet and a dedicated parking area. I stayed with my family, including a toddler and the only negative I can say is the small room size, but I guess that’s understandable since this is a business hotel. Perfectly ideal for work travellers. Pretty good for families as well.

I had a fantastic experience at the Ibis Hotel. The staffs were friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect.
One of the standout aspects of my experience was housekeeping service. The housekeeping staff Mr. Sujit was incredibly thorough, ensuring that everything from the bedding to the bathroom was spotless.
Their flexibility and commitment to guest comfort truly stood out.
Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!
