The worst hotel I have ever visited in my life. The service here is extremely poor. If you order something as simple as a plate or a bowl, it takes them more than an hour to deliver it to your room. Ordering food is no better—they take over an hour to prepare and serve it. The worst thing I experienced was regarding hygiene. I drank tea in my room, and when the housekeeping staff came, they simply washed the cup with plain water. What kind of hygiene standards are they maintaining? I strongly request everyone to avoid booking this hotel.
I stayed here just for one night. The rooms are small, minimalists but clean. Bathroom is also small, but neat and tidy. Bed was very comfortable.
The front desk staff was friendly and prompt even when I checked in late at 4 AM. Shailendra especially is very helpful, particularly helping with quick luggage deposit and retrieval if you need to keep it at the front desk before your flight.
Good front desk and hospitality. Good breakfast spread.
A few missing things are- there was no men’s grooming kit or women’s sanitary kit.
Cleanliness of the passage carpets will add brownie points.
The facilities were well-maintained, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the ambiance was truly relaxing. What stood out the most, however, was the outstanding service from the reception staff. They were welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were met. Whether it was providing local recommendations or assisting with any requests, they handled everything with warmth and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a top-notch experience with excellent customer service.
