There was amazing service and food quality was very good. Their employees are really providing comfortable service. Specially thanks Engineer Rakesh and front desk Bharti excellent service.
Nice, clean and spacious rooms.Best places to stay, good hygiene and clean place. also the receptionist Ms. Bharti was very sweet and supprotive and Mr. Rakesh is a very supportive person.
statistically the worst stay ever.
pre-discused complimentary early check-in over a call but then they made us wait for more than an hour, and to top it off they gave us a cheaper room, and made us pay for the early check-in with half day’s charge.
charged the food bill like it was a five star, yet it tasted and smelled like it was procured from some street hawker for our order.
Moreover, literally cockroaches crawling in and above the room’s refrigerator.
And to make it hell they charged a late check-out penalty in my food bill for exactly 17 minutes late from the check-out time
Extreme opposite of what you expect in hospitality.
Hotel was okay. Online check in time shows 12.00 pm but hotel says it is 2.00 pm, and you have to pay extra charges for checking in by 12.00. So be careful when u book online. Also not much courtsey for customers booked through online portals.
I was only there for two days, but it was a very comfortable hotel and the food was delicious. Thank you. I would like to make a reservation again if I come to India for a business trip.
