Pro :

Cons:
1.Mosquito n cockroaches in room
2. Hot water not available by 24*7
3. Housekeeping staff is rude.
Stayed 6 days here. Very good experience. Staff boys are polite, responsive and hard working.
Very near to baga beach at competitive rates.
Parking is not an issue, Security is great.
Room space is great.
Ignore some minor things and you will find hardly anyone provides such a great services very close distance to baga beach.
Very bad experience with service manager. He didn’t even have manners to tell price to the customer.
Worst experience in Goa.
The service manager should improve/negotiate properly with his communication with the customer, if you don’t have to lose the customer.
We initially booked this property seeing online reviews.
And we checked out the next day.
Not a 3 star property. False claim just 1 star property.
Rooms full of roaches.
External surroundings are all dirty and filthy.
Every time you need water you have to buy water bottles.
When we checkout the behaviour was rude and one person telling us why u come. Don’t come again.
I stayed at this hotel for two days, but I’m still suffering from a skin disease. We booked the hotel based on its advertised four-star rating on Goibibo, but upon arrival, we were disappointed. After a grueling 14-hour road trip, we were given a room with stained bedsheets, discolored bedding, damp walls, and curtains marked with stains. Despite our exhaustion, we tried to rest.
Within two hours, the air conditioning malfunctioned, exacerbating my discomfort. I began experiencing intense itching all over my body. Desperate, I used Dettol liquid to try to alleviate the itching, only to discover bed bugs infesting the room. The following day, I continued to use Dettol and neem powder to combat the infestation.
It’s appalling that such unsanitary conditions exist, especially considering the hefty price of ₹2500 per night. The room was filthy, with dust and stains everywhere, and even the tray provided was unclean. Upon returning from Goa, I sought medical attention for my persistent itching and was diagnosed with scabies, undoubtedly contracted from the unhygienic conditions of the hotel. I am currently undergoing treatment.
I urge the hotel owner to address this matter promptly. Such negligence towards guests’ health and comfort is unacceptable.
