  1. I had the pleasure of dining at Issacs Residency. The restaurant’s ambiance was warm and inviting,
The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who ensured that our dining experience was seamless. And my special thanks to Mr. Basil for his exceptional service.
Overall, The combination of stunning views, excellent service, and delicious food makes it a must-visit destination for any foodie.

  2. I enjoyed a meal on my birthday at the restaurant at this hotel. Staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, service was exceptional, and food was delicious. We have no prior warning about it being my birthday, and despite this, the wonderful chefs whipped up a dessert on the house for my friends and I to enjoy with birthday candles. A truly special night to remember.

  3. I stayed with my husband and baby in Isaac Residency from Nov1 to Nov3.
    Pros:
Rooms were really clean and hygienic. Morning breakfast was also really good. It is located in the heart of the city and hence was very convenient.
    Cons:
    1) Service was very bad. Had to call reception multiple times to get certain things sorted.
    2) Frequent power disruptions.
    3) Major issue is of all this the management did not have any INTEGRITY. I forgot my jerkin inside room cupboard and checked out. I realised it the next day morning and thinking that the hotel will have it stored in lost and found section. So I called asking them to courier it and that I will bear all charges for it. But shockingly, the management denied and said that nothing was left in the room I stayed. Since the day I checked in the room ,I left it in a hanger inside the cupboard and did not take it out at all. But very blatantly they refused it. To get such response from was shocking and totally unexpected.

  4. Here’s everything else that I’m speculating, which may have led to me spending 7,000 rupees on a tour:

    1. All 3 motorbike rentals in town, refuse to rent to tourists. Because you’re trapped if you’re in a taxi.

    2. The taxi driver later added 2600 to the initial price, and reception lied when I called to confirm that there was also a taxi fee. I was already deep into the tour when he gave this price, and he knew there was no backing out

    3. The taxi driver intentionally switched me to the jeep, far away from the entrance with the other jeeps. So that I wouldn’t be able to find people to share the jeep with.

Total cost ended up being 2700 taxi, 3000 Jeep, 600 entry fee, 700 fee to reach the top peak afterwards.

My first mistake, was trusting the hotel staff.

  5. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Isaac Residency, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the complimentary breakfast was a lovely touch. But what really stood out was the superb room service – prompt, efficient, and delicious! The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. I highly recommend Isaac Residency for its warm hospitality and excellent amenities. Five stars, without a doubt!”
