This is a wonderful resort. Away from the city, so the roads can be a little iffy but the ride is definitely worth it. It looks palatial as you approach the main building, they have definitely done a great job in the architectural design. Rooms are luxurious, they have thought of every amenity that guests could need. Service at the hotel is icing on the cake, I think this is where they excel far and above other similar retreats. We have plans to coming back here again.
We recently hosted a Company Event at ITC Grand Bharat, and our experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hotel’s luxurious setting and world-class service made us feel right at home. The property is beautiful, with every corner exuding elegance and comfort, offering an ideal backdrop for both work and relaxation.
What really stood out during our stay, however, was the outstanding support we received from Ms. Aishwarya, the Senior Duty Manager. She was an incredible help throughout our event, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Not only was she extremely patient and attentive to our needs, but her warm and welcoming nature also made our guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.
