Good hotel with almost everything one required during business Trip. Good food with nice rooms. Visited during August 2024.
Very bad experience, booked online with breakfast through portal but have paid at hotel with new booking. When I asked for breakfast they said its chargeable. I was like really. I said I will complain about this staff person said go ahead i dont care…
This property seems good but I had a bad experience during my stay due to their electricity issues. Rooms were okay but i found them overpriced. Also there was a mouse in my room all of a sudden which was very unexpected. Struggled there for hot water and after informing multiple times for the same they didn’t seem to do anything. If you are expecting good hospitality, complementary stuff like toilet roll, tea, coffee, water bottles then it’s not an option.
The hotel I recently stayed at had comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast buffet. Overall, it was a great experience! 😄
