I booked a suite room through treebo for 1700/-. when I wanted to check in they demanded extra payment saying it is not possible for that price. Later after lot of argument Treebo guys adjusted the amount to them.
when book at the price given in the app what is the necessity for the guest to go through all this. The price in treebo is still the same at 1700/- Hotel demands 2400/-. guest is the one losing temper and time.
I hated my experience this time. Treebo and the hotel should sort this out. I will not be staying there next time. Only advantage is the location and nothing else.
They will not provide basic toiletries that other hotels provide and try to charge extra if you are not aware.
Room is ok but bathroom is very small and fittings not working. The service is below standard, we were charged for breakfast but we didn’t get breakfast.
However, location is good as it’s near the highway.
Krishnamoorti, such a rude person, money minded. AC not working (Room 109), found cockroach. If we ask anything, he will shout at us. I can post room bill and photos everything. Such a rude person.
Good place to stay in Proddatur.. Rooms are spacious, cost is little high they charged. Staff are very helpful.
