Tooo worest rooms and roud behaviour of receptionist of jk lodge elr it is not suit for stay and change huge amount today early hrs taken ac rooms ac not working but charged when asking given envisage reply please friends not choosen that lodge
Worst rooms, no maintenance, no hot water, dirty pillows and blankets, worst customer handling. I think this is the worst lodge I have ever seen. My humble request please avoid this lodge.
Very good lodge. It’s maintained very well. Only complaint is that, basic things like water bottle and soaps in washroom are provided only on day one. May be, we need to ask for it which I didn’t do.
A hall and a bed room with each having AC and TV. Very good for family.
Indeed the best place to stay in Eluru which is in heart of the town with basic amenities. Service, food and facilities are really suuperb. Special appreciations to the front office receiptionist in receiving and dealing with customers is really awesome. I stayed here twice for my official visits and quiet satisfied with their services. I strongly recommend this place for comfortable stay. But people coming from hyderabad does not have any option other than to stay in AC room due to the weather conditions in Eluru. I wish all the best to JK Palace and hope it will maintain its standards all times.
