Good location Near by railway station & Bus stand also All Staffs Behaves Good with us.. on call service was also good.. Rooms Also hygiene and clean..

Main plus point for this hotel is the location. when we arrived at the hotel they told room charges for around 2500 and then i booked through makemytrip in less amount then they provided us a small room with no view . We were having our food from the hotel itself and when during breakfast my daughter started asking for watermelon which was kept in dining hall for complementary breakfast. I requested staff that if they can give 1-2 pieces of watermelon but they simply denied and asked to purchase the whole fruit plate because we had not taken the complementary breakfast option. this was a very rude attitude. rooms was small and it was infested with cockroaches.
Neat & Clean. Breakfast was good. Toilets are clean. Kettle in rooms were very dirty & smelling. Old property. Just 5 minutes walk to railway station.
Not as good as before. I have stayed in this hotel many times. Previously , the rooms used to be too good.This time, the room alloted to us is not at all good enough.Especially many cockroaches in the washroom. As we stayed less than 24 hours.Hence, not complained about change of room.Disappointed with the stay.
Scam alert…….
They give you an offer first when booking the room but after stay at check out time they ask for extra money other than offer price. Reception staff is not supportive and not helpful. As well they are argued and management staff is arogant. It was disappointing experience here .
