Great assistance by the Hotel Manager in the overall stay, highly appreciable. The staff is amiable and humble, and they always try to assist guests in the best possible manner. And the rooms are also good, although some necessities were missing in the room but on request they also provided us. The atmosphere around is like a good like home, making it a great place to stay at a reasonable price.
Worst service. Don’t think of this place at all. Rooms, washroom not cleaned. What shown in pics in exactly opposite to reality. Also they took another booking for our rooms for same date. No toiletries given. Nothing done even after multiple requests/ reminders. Worst stay, worst service, worst worst worst!!!!
Staff was very rude and demanded extra money
Only indian nationals allowed. As a foreigner in Faridabad please get confirmed that they have C-forms before coming there. We had a booking but they helped us find another place to stay.
