  1. A super terrible experience with this hotel.

We had booked 2 rooms through agoda at this hotel and paid 50% amount in advance. And on the day of checking in, we received a call from the hotel saying that we were being shifted to their sister hotel (Awoo Resort) which was nearby at the same rate as of Keeduk Inn (even though the hotel rates of Awoo Resort were higher compared to Keeduk Inn).

We also paid the remaining 50% amount to Hotel Keeduk Inn (as we had originally booked Keeduk Inn) while we were staying at Awoo Resort.

The night before checking out, Keeduk Inn returned us the 13000 out of 13440 we paid them. On The day of checking out, the promise given to us by Keeduk Inn regarding the same rate of rooms was broken. And we had to pay Awoo Resort 16000 (an extra amount of 3000) .

The service at Awoo Resort was also very bad.

(Also for kind information, we booked through Agoda and we also have proof that the bookings were accepted)

  2. I recently stayed at Keeduk Inn and was disappointed by the lack of basic amenities.
    1. Although the room sizes are OK but the absence of a good quality room heater made my stay uncomfortable, especially during the chilly night where temperature dropped around 0 degrees. The room heater which the hotel provided broke down after just few hours. The hotel did not have any high capacity heater either. The room which was allocated to me was on the roof floor which made the room quite chilly.

    2. Additionally, the absence of a good quality water heater made it inconvenient to have a warm shower.

    3. The toilet seat was abnormally low for some reason which will make any elderly person or someone with knee problem quite uncomfortable.

    4. One of the window in the room did not had any curtain (the hotel owner told us there is a dense forest outside the window but when we checked the next morning, there is actually a step garden of oranges just outside of the window) and also there was a gap between the window steel frame and the wall, which allowed the chilly air to enter.

    5. Apart from this, although the food preparation was light and tasty but during our dinner we found a small piece of chicken bone inside the “mixed veg” dish. Every time we needed anything, we need to go outside the dining hall and call for the staff for bringing basic amenities like plates and glasses.

These fundamental amenities are essential for a comfortable stay, and the hotel’s failure to provide them was a major drawback.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a family who is looking for a relaxing vacation of multiple days but rather recommend this for bikers who are looking for a stopover for 1 night.

  3. It has basic amenities. Geyser, kettle, blankets and room service. Due to low voltage heater mostly won’t work. People are polite and humble. Room service was good. No lift provided. Good parking space. View from the roof is good.

  4. This beautiful hotel with amazing hospitality has grown into me… People are amazing, rooms are clean and they are always ready to serve you. Do spent times at their garden and it will be a heaven for plant lovers. Love the stay here.
