Keys Hotel in Kochi offers a comfortable and clean stay, ideal for a short stays. The rooms are well-maintained, neat, and provide a cozy environment. The check-in process was smooth, and the service throughout the stay was efficient and courteous. However, the hotel is located on the outskirts of Kochi, quite a distance from the railway station, which may be a consideration for those traveling by train. While the hotel doesn’t provide travel arrangements, Uber services are readily available for pick-up and drop-off. Though I didn’t get a chance to try the food, the overall stay was pleasant and hassle-free.
reception is smiley supportive, room staff is eager to help you, restaurant is spacious, nice ambiance, good food, on duty manager are very polite and supportive… good value decent hotel
We stayed in Kochi for three days in the month of July..
Location-The hotel is half an hour distance from the station and around 1hr from Airport.
Rooms-Its a business class hotel with comparatively smaller rooms compared to what one would expect.
Most of the rooms are clean but one of the rooms floor wasnt clean but the room service people refused to clean it in the evening when we arrived.
Restaurant is quite good with plenty of options for food.
Overall its a good experience to stay just for business purpose but if u r planning for a family stay with luggage, the rooms might feel smaller..
I stayed in hotel for 2 days in July2024. Location of hotel is nice, Food was also very tasty and huge amount in breakfast and dinner BUT hotel room are not up to the mark and need to upgrade as per cost of rooms. little bit expensive as per rooms condition.
My go to place to stay in Kochi. The staff are very courteous and welcoming. The restaurant service by Mr. Ramesh is impeccable. Come anytime The service is always at Par. Always welcomed and valued.
