Location is fabulous.. the stunning view of the mountains and lake from the room was top- notch.. food was freshly cooked and delicious. Maintenance can be bit improved.. another drawback is no lift facility available .. there are almost 150 stairs to climb .. very difficult for elderly people.. overall nice stay and good property…
Room conditions are extremely bad. Even after taking high prices, the guests have to undergo distress due to mismanagement. There is renovation going on in the building, even after that they are providing adjacent rooms on rent, whole day we had to suffer sound of hammering going on. Room floors are broken, insects all around, dirty old styled toilets with marks on walls, basin supported by 2 stands. The doors dont get locked properly, hashboards are in misaligned state. Cupboard doors, toilet doors are making creaking sound reminding you of horror movies. Toilet exhaust creates huge sound. Asked the reception to change my room but they denied. Before booking think twice. Only advantage of this property is its location, you can observe the lake throughout the day. My 2 day stay with my family turned into an ultimate horror.
The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Especially Neeta Arya Ji she is very soft spoken, always smiling and ready to help. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location.The stay was lovely, we enjoyed the stay. Will stay here again and again.
The location is good , rooms are great however the service is very poor .
Morning breakfast is like hell , uncooked and very less options.
The property is not senior citizen friendly,all of you with your parents above 55 avoid booking the same as you will face difficulty reaching the rooms with around 100 m slopes and around 50 staircases to reception.
It can be considered good option with young people and they don’t choose the CP plan .
One of the worst experience till there. super Deluxe room are pathetic the service is worst the check in time is 12 but you have to wait 1-2 hour extra because when you gonna come then cleaning will be start. Bathroom and room has insects. I don’t how people are likening this property. limited parking space. also the are foul smell in room it will make your head spin.
