  1. We stayed there for a few nights.
    The experience was great made even better by our server Ismail who went out of his way to make sure our meals were ready on time and was made just the way we liked them. Also Shubankar from housekeeping who made sure our room was always well stocked with all the amenities that we needed as per our request.
    The front desk staff was always available and helpful

  2. Very poor service at house keeping and dinning. They are not providing anything even after multiple reminders. Food quality is very cheap and quantity is very less, whereas prices are on pick.
    I will not recommend to anyone because of their services. You will never feel like you are in a five star hotel.
    Room interior is very normal, whereas I choose for luxury room.they need improvement on many ways.

  3. It was an amazing experience to come here as the property is aesthetically made and it reminds of some heritage property. On the another hand during the breakfast I encountered Chef Praveen who was so down to earth and was patient while cooking!!! I really liked the way he treated me!!

  4. Not recommended. Property is old and worn out and does not look like the photos uploaded on Google. Not upto the standard.

    We had a very bad experience at dinner (30May). Management did not inform that they are shifting kitchen to different floor and are short staffed. We came to know from one of the staff members what mismanagement is going on. Our starter fish was not fresh and was reheated in oven along with the onion and lemon.  15min taken to serve beverages also. We came to know that the bartender was not there and waiter made the cocktails.

    Management should reimburse half the payment instead of saying we regret that you did not enjoy the experience with us.

  5. Well it’s a 5 star hotel only in terms of Cost.
    Rest they are offering worst rooms service and food.
    Uncooked meals, moulds in washroom, damp walls and bed backrest, lift smells musty too.
    This hotel is under renovation..so please check before booking it..there was lot of construction noise too.
    You will get elaborative breakfast menu only on Saturday- Sunday ,so even if you plan to stay there beyond ..then prep yourself for limited and same breakfast daily..
    Even Dinner and Lunch (Mosaic) menu is very limited..2 Options in Veg/Non Veg Main course
