Nearby the station good for location wise but can find more hotels nearby so not recommending this hotel. Worst ever experience with the service provided by the staffs over here, it took more than 1hr to get the food and there was connection issue some buttons were working and some were not. Travelled lot of places but not seen this worse case any where.
. Rooms are not clean and rates very high. One day I stay in this hotel when am order Sahi paneer and roti, I saw plastic wire in sahi paneer. When am objections this a man in reception abused me and entered in room and capture room video and waring me to viral video. Am request to all not visited this type of fraud.😥😥😥
I have visited this Oyo Hotel today , I was in hurry so I choose this hotel , it was nearby railway station , due to the Oyo name I trusted on these hotels , but their way of working was not satisfactory.
First I don’t know why oyo is not handling it , every hotel and oyo have some issues , they don’t accept online bookings and ask us to pay again offine .
Second they charge extra according to their wish , they deny online rates.
Third the receptionist was a rigid person he denied the time mentioned on his counter , and asked to check out 1 hr before I.e. 10 am and took executive room cost 1750 rs for one day charge , which was not worth.
Fourth they promised for ac , but it was getting switched off at every 3 hrs. In summer we come to make fun ?
Don’t know why oyo is not removing these hotels , who are not full filling the criteria.
And every receptionist should be trained how to talk and manage the customer .
Every 2, 3 hours they off AC botton and visit your room for couple disturbe..Room very dirty and broken washroom .. if you go through online booking they misbehaviour and demand offline extra cash .. room washroom wall nall and sink broken and not usable..
Totally waste of money.
Very bad experience and rude staff demand for extra money.
Washroom not clean.they take money and behave ruduly after take I’d and money.
