The quality of the room was unsatisfactory, with spider webs present in every corner, inadequate cleaning, and a foul odor emanating from the blanket. The bedsheets were not properly cleaned. Upon booking online, I found that the property did not match the representation provided on the website. Additionally, the staff appeared ill-equipped to manage customer concerns. Based on my personal experience, this hotel significantly detracted from the overall enjoyment of my trip.
Recommendation: It is advisable to visit hotels in person prior to making a reservation online to ensure satisfaction with the accommodations.
Very Pathetic!!
Don’t book this Hotel, please read the detailed review-
1. Bathroom will make you feel like Public toilet, and it’s not just for a room it’s for all.
2. Room will look good, but makes you feel it is not painted or cleaned since last 50 years. Maintenance is very very poor.
3. Staffs- Pathetic, arrogant. Doesn’t matter whatever you do they will not listen to you, If you have checked In then please arrange things for yourself.
4. Bed-sheet they use same for all the guests until it gets black, Blanket feels like they never got dry cleaned and blanket covers they wont change so better to bring your own blanket.
5. No Privacy, any one can take a look into your room as windows glass are two ways and sound even if you talk on phone outside people can hear you and you can hear them.
6. If anyone 40+ this place will be hell for them, too much of height to cover to reach the hotel. You will find it difficult to carry your luggage by yourself to the hotel.
Rest on you people, there are better hotels in Mall road on ground level.
We had to shift to other hotel just in one day, although we paid entirely for hotel lake-view so we didn’t vacant that as well.
Very bad experience. No cleaning , No hot water,washroom is very dirty room smell is can’t describe in words and they are provide dirty blanket and cushion and pillow. And food also not good. Can’t recommend to anyone and never visit again on this hotel.
Nainital is ethereal, with its timeless beauty residing within the frozen lakes and snow-capped mountains of this hill town attract tourist almost all throughout the year. However, the best time to visit Nainital is from March to June which is the summer/spring season.
