I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was very neat and clean, and the staff was incredibly polite. Although my check-in time was scheduled for 12 pm, they accommodated me with an early check-in at 7:30 am, as a room was available. The view from the common balcony was very peaceful. Although the deluxe room and washroom were a bit small, it was comfortable for me. I was very happy with my stay, and I’ll definitely choose a lakeside hotel again next time.
The rooms were really neat and clean. The common area and the cafe was well maintained even after a lot of foot fall. Definitely the best hotel in Nainital located centrally on the mall road. The view from the hotel is worth falling for. The hotel offers perfect vibe for the stay. The hotel staff made us feel at home and was there to attend us whenever required. The management is really worth the appreciation. Loved the stay there. Hope to visit them again in future. Don’t think twice before going for this option, definitely the best among all the others.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect getaway.
It was an amazing experience. The entire property is please to eyes. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Staff is humble and helpful available at single call. The food and view from the property is cherry on top. Had a lovely time. Must visit.
