Worst stay ever. Very bad hospitality & worst behaviour from the host. Not cooperative at all.
There is no hot water supply 24*7. Munnar is quite cold as per the weather so there should be hot water supply always. In morning & evening for 2 hours only hot water supply is there. No tea or coffee kit was provided and most importantly the restaurant was closed which was not informed prior during check in. The host was not helping at all in the morning at the time of check out for taking out the car from the parking. In short this hotel is cheating with the customers. Not recommended at all. I will rate it as 1.
Location is good, decent enough parking for a place like Munnar. Rooms are very clean and well kept. Breakfast didn’t have many options, but whatever they served was tasty. The washroom and balcony are quite small compared to the spacious rooms. The staff is polite and helpful
Worst stay ever. Apart from the room every single service is horrible. The hotel staffs are not even single percent cooperative. The host’s behaviour is horrible. The restaurant was closed which was not informed to me during check in time. Basic tea and coffee service was not available. Dental kit was not provided and most importantly the hot water service is not 24*7. As munnar is quite cold as per the weather the geyser service should be there always. This hotel will give you worst experience which will spoil your lovely trip as well. This hotel is not recommended at all to anyone. This should be

Had to repeatedly ask for toilet paper.
Floor obviously gets cold – they could atleast place a carpet next to the bed.
Mattress was very lumpy and the bed linen is reaching shreds.

Great location – close to the town centre. Decent dining options within walking distance.
We stayed here for couple of days. It was a very good experience. Staff were friendly. We didn’t try the food here.
Parking was short and hard to park all vehicles during the season time. But it was manageable for us. All occupants have to leave the car key at the reception table so that they can move the vehicles if someone needs to take out their vehicle.
It is safe since it is located on the town among other hotels. Rooms were neat and clean. Wifi available. Hot water available at morning and night which is very good.
