Great hotel for a quick layover in Delhi. Just 10 minutes from the airport. The staff is very cordial except for the lady who was checking us in. She struggled to get a smile on her face. The hotel employs hearing and speech impaired staff for housekeeping which is a noble gesture. We should support such businesses. The room wooden flooring needs some revamp. Good taste and quality at the in house restaurant. Overall a good stay
From Lemon tree resolving issues to room is expected to be solved within sometime not one day. The room from size perspective was good. Breakfast buffet was elaborate but taste was average. The location and cab service is good. The air conditioner made lot of noise.
A word of caution to those looking to book lemon tree premier hotel in Aerocity New Delhi for early arrival or departure night stay. No Customer service!!
I made reservation on their website and they required payment in advance. I prefer to book direct with hotels to get a better room than they provide to platform apps . I had to cancel for some reason. I’m having hard time getting them to refund the charge, even though cancellation was done well ahead of their time in policy. They do not accept online cancellation or over the phone. I emailed them the cancellation request to which they replied that they will have higher management look into it. I had to call multiple times to even get that email acknowledging my cancellation. It has been eight days since then and no refund, not replying to email, no help over the phone. Zero customer service. I just opened a dispute with my credit card.

The service was impeccable from start to finish. Especially Housekeeping Head Mr. Bablu Helpful and Professional. Mr.Bablu made us feel like VIPs.
