I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the stunning decor and the beautiful, well-appointed rooms. Everything was impeccably clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The staff were absolutely wonderful – attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and warmth truly elevated the experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay. I can’t wait to return!
Conveniently located near Vijayawada’s renowned Eat Street and the Sweet Magic Hotel, this property is well-suited for a short business trip. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning is effective, the beds are comfortable, and the linens are impeccably clean. The shower provides consistently hot water, adding to the overall comfort. A notable landmark, the towering statue of Babasaheb Ambedkar, is situated directly across the road. The wide and well-maintained approach to the hotel ensures ease of access. While my stay was brief due to work commitments, I found the accommodations restful and conducive to a good night’s sleep. Although the breakfast buffet could be improved, the hotel meets the essential requirements for a convenient and comfortable stay in Vijayawada.
Am extremely disappointed with the experience at Lemon Tree, Vijayawada. They completely failed to deliver what was promised, and the service has been utterly unprofessional.
Major Issues:
1. No response after payment: After paying 100% of the amount before the event, the team stopped responding to my calls. Mrs. Durga, who managed my booking, and Mr. Surya, the manager, were impossible to reach when I needed assistance. This is unacceptable and shows complete disregard for customers.
2. Dinner mishap: The dinner buffet had a non-veg menu, but the non-vegetarian main course ran out halfway through, leaving my guests unsatisfied. This shows poor planning and management.
How can Lemon Tree justify ignoring customers after payment? I need the contact number of a higher official to get this matter resolved immediately. If this is not addressed properly, I will be taking further action.

We absolutely love staying at Lemon Tree Premier, Vijayawada! Their hospitality is unmatched, and the way they care for their guests truly sets them apart. Every time we visit Vijayawada, this is our go-to place—we don’t even consider staying elsewhere because of the trust we have in their service.
Our 2-year-old loves it here too! The staff is so warm and loving, and he enjoys interacting with them (not to mention all the goodies he gets out of their kindness). What makes our stay even more special is how accommodating they are to our little one’s needs. We never have to worry about his food—they prepare everything just the way we want it for him.
The rooms are always comfortable, and every visit feels like a home away from home. Thank you, Lemon Tree Premier Vijayawada, and the entire team for making our stays so memorable every single time. We can’t wait to come back! Special thanks to Ramesh, Manisha, Monalisa, Sruthika, Naidu, chef Teja, house keeping staff, Saroj, Rased…. I might have missed many people’s name here but each and everyone were so kind and helpful!
The rooms were large, spacious, and impeccably clean. The staff were also very welcoming and attentive. The only downside was the buffet dinner, which was served cold. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this place for a stay.
