I recently went to this hotel and my experience was pathetic, the rooms were in very bad condition, it doesn’t had any keys, it use to open by master key only which only staff have. The room which I got was on terrace itself and it seemed to me like that it was for staff only which was not maintained, torn curtains no pest control. I will recommend not to use this hotel services.
Very nice and comfortable place to stay for few weeks. Amazing staff with friendly attitude and best Services. Will surely consider for future visit and recommend to others as well.
The location of hotel is very hard to reach from the main road. Service is good. A lot of greenery. The room was very big, neat and clean, but the ac was old and noisy. The mattress was very bad. Some switch boards were not working. You cannot order food after 10:30 pm even though it is written 24*7. The room needs maintenence.

Rooms : The size is impressive but the cleaniliness is extremely disappointing. The washroom would get clogged even if the two drops of water hit the floor, imagine how difficult it would have been to take a shower.
Service : Extremely lackluster, very bad room cleaning, they would not have extra towels or bedsheet. One time I came back to my room not serviced and cleaned as the staff could not open my room even after giving them the room key. Hence extremely unprofessional as well.
Location : It’s right opposite to the IFFCO Chowk metro station but the Google maps don’t quite understand the location and hence it’s a tuaale to get ola/Uber from the location.
