We booked for 1 night, the room and bathroom were clean. No smell nothing, we had a meeting nearby, this was a value for money hotel.
We booked from the the Lime Tree website, it cost us 1200 per room, which was totally worth it.
It had balcony shared with another room so please check that if you are okay with it.
Will definitely book again if I have to stay in Gurgaon for a night.
The staff changes a lot here and the service quality is declining and prices are rising. People dont own their commitments, they commit different price and upon show up they ask more price. Staff is not trained well. Earlier it was good and it was my first choice while visiting gurgaon for work but now, i lime tree is not worth choosing to stay.

My dear friends, This is worst hotel I ever seen. Manager and staff are so rude. What ever services written on website are fake. Their wifi, TV not at all working. No hot water supply, ever they don’t clean room daily, when I ask them to clean the room they said they will do alternate day. No restaurant facility. Room what they have shown on website are fake. Cloth like towels, bedsheets are they give are sintting. They charge much higher for such worst services. Their are many more to say. I request hotel higher authority to remove his manager emmiditly. He is worst guys I went by seeing the google review, however no i doubt the google review, most of them are fake and self written by hotel people. Please don’t choose this hotel, and save your money and dont let the this people disturb your mental peace.
Lime tree 3BHK apartment was really wonderful. I loved the hospitality from the managers and the staff at large. This is my second year back and I don’t regret it. In fact this year was better than the year before. They just keep getting better and better.
