When we first arrived at this place, our initial impression matched the photos we had seen on goibibo. We were drawn in and booked the room for a steep price of 4200/-inr for just one night. However, upon entering the room, we were immediately disappointed. It felt cramped and too small for two people, with barely any space to walk after placing our luggage down. Exhausted from our journey, we quickly drifted off to sleep.
The real drama began in the early morning when we made our way to the bathroom. To our horror, it was completely waterlogged with dirty water and a foul smell emanating from it. We repeatedly called for hotel staff to address the issue, but all they could say was that it would be fine in 10-15 minutes. It seemed as though this was a permanent problem for them. As a result, we ended up being three hours behind schedule due to this delay. They offered us another room that had not been properly cleaned (as evidenced by belongings left behind by the previous night’s guest). We quickly used the facilities and left this place as it was an unpleasant and unsatisfactory experience for us. Not only did we not receive clean amenities or a decent room, but we were also harassed by the staff for complaining about the issue. It was truly disappointing for paying customers like us.
Had a very pleasant stay for my 2 days munnar trip. Got a room with stunning outside view very essential for hill station. Everything in close vicinity.
The only hard thing I find is hot water. It would be much more better if the limited timings they specified followed strictly.
No parking facility, for food not available need to go outside.

Asked for invoice once chek out automatically comes yr main and sms but it’s not.
Don’t choice Balcony view room
Compliment breakfast is very poor .

If u want to stay here please select deluxe rooms. We stayed in in standard room. Which doesn’t have any view and the r
oom is smaller than it appears in photo. DONT BELIEVE THE PICTURES. The rooms are in basements only reception and dining area is in ground and above level. And some deluxe room is in ground level. And breakfast is not worth. So go for other hotels or resorts if u want any kind of view. Only plus is the location.
