I booked this hotel during bpsc teacher recruitment 13 day before . My booking got confirmed. On examination day when I arrive this to this hotel to check in. They refused to give me a room told me that i can claim my refund from bookings website. They give booked room to some one else at 3 times booking amount. They didn’t honor online booking . Hotel owner totally money minded person. That day there is no rooms in city. I have to arrange my stay at a marriage hall. So my suggestion never book these hotel online. Just call them if you need to book. Other wise your travel and trip goes in vain.
My experience was not bad but not very good either. The staff was friendly. But the guest house is very new and in a residential area. It has no sign boards and the pronunciation of its name is so complex so it becomes difficult to reach from hospital chowk. Construction is stil going on inside the building. The owner has converted a home in hotel and it still requires many basis facilities like telephone in rooms to connect to reception etc.. but overall not not. Price is good. Food is good too.

Hotel is best and in budget in motihari.
Manager behaviour was very friendly. MGBH.
He agreed to provide room on ground floor as my mother was ill. Veri cooperative staff.
Problem is only hotel is located approximately 1km from main road, rest is very fine. I got AC room inspite of non ac booking😃. 4* because there is always a room to improve.
Go for it.
Nnice budget hotel. Clean rooms, clean & big toilets, tv, generator & attached balcony in some rooms make it ‘more than we can expect’ at a price of INR 600 per room per night.
Also have food & transport service, though we did availed none.
Only cons, a 5 min walk from main road through the rustic roads of bihar.
