Pls don’t go by seeing fake or paid reviews. I am sharing my personal review of 8th October 24. We are stay there with family rooms are very bad cleaningnes is very bad even they not giving any tawels, soap even they don’t have separate bathroom also. Manager and the owner is not taking any responsibility after payment of rent which is they take in advance. They not taking phone calls if any emergency. Very very bad experience in 1st time in hotels price of all things are very high…..

Location is awesome but room service can’t be relied on . Better to take the help of Zomato or other food apps for fooding.
Please DO NOT go by the reviews and ratings of this place. Reviews provided by youtubers r very very misleading.
The service of this homestay is the worst. Never experienced this kind of service in any homestay before. The manager is good for nothing, the staffs are too led back and least bothered in customer service. Rooms are not well maintained or clean. Washrooms r not clean with non functional geysers.
If u wish to place meal orders then think twice because you order something and get something. Although the menu card shows that they have lots of options, but, in reality half of those items are not available.
Location wise it’s a bit in the interiors, so u have to book cabs every time u wish to go out. But yes the only positive thing is the view that u enjoy. The premise is on the banks of river Brahmaputra and so u get to enjoy some awesome views. But apart from that, this place is not at all recommended.
Think about choosing this Property. Except the only advantage is near to Kamakhya Temple… rest everything is below average
