For low cost it is OK. But behaviour of the staff is worst. The only positive point is that old man who is a manager and works in night shift. All others are, what can i say, leave it. I stayed there for 10 days. I experienced a lot.
The hotel rooms are good but the staff is pathetic. They demand a lot of tips and they scam you a lot. I overstayed for only 3 hours but they asked for almost 50% of the room rate. Plus my bus was a little bit late so I asked them that I want to wait at the reception area even they refused for that as well. The hotel has good potential but the manager should look at these pathetic staff.
This hotel iam using last 23 years , now it is renovated and lift facility also provided. It is located in between tirupati rly.stn and busstand.
The staff was very rude, unprofessional behaviour they don’t respect the customer.foolish argument to giving room
Clean and hygiene rooms… friendly staff and easy access to food and services.
