A truly hidden gem nestled in the serene hills of Himachal – We visited a couple of weeks ago and could not be more impressed with the resort.
Connecting your mind and body with the nature in its purest form; surrounded by the only sounds of birds and the wind; the only sights of the magnificent hills and rolling clouds beneath your feet; and the unescapable beauty of the untouched hikes throughout the area!
We are visiting from the US, where I’ve been to quite a few hill destinations – this is on par, if not better than a lot of those; in the sense of the ‘back to the nature’ vibe that you are engulfed with the moment you arrive at this place.
The staff is wonderful and goes above-and-beyond to fulfill any requests you have; especially with two young toddlers that I had. Rooms are clean, amenities are plentiful; no complaints.
If you are able to get hold of the owners, be sure to ask about the history of the place and the numerous stories to go with it – never disappointing; they would even arrange an impromptu fireplace/barbeque and share drinks and great times, as the stars twinkle in the clear heavens above!
Will be sure to be back next time we’re in India and would encourage anyone to have this on your bucket list for sure!
(All the other places in Himachal are now so crowded and over-touristy – This one is a complete opposite, and won’t disappoint, and I’d advise to visit this marvel before all the tourist mania arrives 🙂
Wow what a heaven it is to be at manav hill resort. Best ever birthday celebrated here, the view is serene, weather is awesome, the best part of staying here is also the hospitality they are offering. A must visit place for the people who want to stay away from hustle free life of cities. Would surely visit soon again.
Visit to the resort was a wonderful experience. Celestial feel is evident in abundance. Widest Spectrum is the highlight of the Manav Hill Resort. However, adding more infra-structures to the resort such as party hall and dancing floor, will make it all the more attractive.
Such a beautiful resort with amazing views. The staff is very nice and the food is very good. Whether you want to party hard with your friends or want to spend some quality time with your family, this place is a perfect choice for both.
I have heard that they have started
paragliding as well. Very excited and looking forward to visit this beautiful place once again.
While riding up the hill to haripur dhar, the owner met on the way and suggested to make a visit. It was indeed a beautiful experience for us. The view, bonfire, soft music, service everything was almost up to the mark and satisfying. Panaromic view of hills was the biggest turn on point for us. Its complete worth staying and we really felt like admist of nature. Had a wonderful time there.
