An average place missing hot water in the kitchen and dubious room service, but the host is always missing and the little indian replicas seem quite normal.
Great experience. The location is nice and so quiet. Good rooms. Perfect for meditation. Kasar Devi Temple is just 500 meters away.
When we got here, it felt really cozy and welcoming, like being at home. We felt super relaxed and happy, and the owner was really nice to us. You will get view of himalyan ranges (thrisul points) from this place. The food was amazing, i tried mixed vegetables—they were the best I’ve ever had. Also, this place is perfect because it’s in the middle of everywhere, so you can easily go and explore Ranikhet, Jageshwar, Binsar, Bageshwar, Katarmal, Kasar Devi Temple, and lots more cool places nearby. Overall
1. Stay was warmth.
2. Food was delicious.
3. Chandan Sir, the owner, was supper supportive.
My husband and I stayed here for a month while working remotely. We had a room with a kitchen, good wifi, and amazing sunrise and sunset views. We could easily catch share cabs to Almora from the main road, and they even offered bike rentals which was very helpful.
