Needs lots of customer friendly upgradation. Room service requires better trained service boys. Punctuality, promptness n quick response are essentials of any Good Hotel Service.
Rooms are clean, manager as well as other staffs are supportive. Although restuarant attached to the hotel is spicy to me but they may provide as per requirement. They arranged car to visit Nalonda ruins and university, Rajgir, Xiun tsung memorial at best price, driver is fine.
Very nice experience to stay here behaviour of staff is beautiful location is best.
I have paid advance in the evening and canceled it the next day morning as we have emergency at home, and couldn’t travel to Gaya.
The hotel management refused to pay the advance back. I have requested them, but of no use. Not even 12 hours have past, they can’t do it. I have requested them to pay atleast half of the advance, but they didn’t return.
One of the best hotels in Gaya. Manager & staff were very polite and the interior decoration are excellent.
