We recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The room was okay but not cleaned properly, with broken switches and a non-working fridge. The electric kettle also didn’t work, and there were no coffee or tea sachets provided. To make matters worse, toiletries were missing. There was no valet parking, and the reception staff were neither welcoming nor made any effort to connect with us. Overall, the lack of basic amenities and poor service left us frustrated, and we would not recommend this hotel.
We have celebrated my baby birthday on 13 th November… Ambience is good…. But completely dissatisfied with the service there… The boys over there didn’t serve the food properly. We have got a very bad review from our family members and friends regarding food serving. The quantity they r serving is not even a half of the requirement…… This is soo bad….
That we r so much disturbed listening this from our friends and family….. I request the authorities to look into this and make it not repeat again for the further functions.
We planned an event there. The service is very good and everyone responded quickly. The environment is very peaceful and clean.The food is very delicious. The event reached more than our expectations. Our guests are fully satisfied with the food and everything. Thankyou soo.. much for your great service.
I recently visited and was highly disappointed. The food was not only stale but also lacked flavor, making the meal far from enjoyable. To make matters worse, there were flies buzzing around, which was both unsanitary and off-putting. I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I won’t be returning.
The place is really awesome…ambience… Taste..and the staff are very polite and friendly. They gave good experience to me and my family..
