I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its serene lake view that created a calming atmosphere. The food was excellent, with a variety of dishes that were both tasty and satisfying. The staff’s friendly and professional attitude made the experience even better. Good location. Good view of Nainital lake from the hotel room .
As every other review says, the walk to the hotel is tiring. Climb with atleast 50 -60 steps.
Rooms are good and was very clean.
Avoid taking rooms with breakfast cost included.
The breakfast is served very late and service in breakfast area is also below average.
Location is top notch based out of Mall Road with all the amenities. Luxurious living, with state of the art infrastructure, lush green scenic beauty. Will definitely recommend a stay here, and thanks to all the staff at the front office here for the prompt services as well.
We had booked a 2 day stay at the resort based on Google ratings. But to our surprise services were very poor. Our room was not cleaned on second day with piles of towel and bedsheets lying all over . Very poor basic amenities. Not worthy of being a 4star property
