  1. It’s a very good place, definitely not a 5-star, though! I had a very good time at the Hotel ManuAllaya.

The Hotel Staff is very short due to the off-season, but they were all very helpful and Optimistic. The Road that leads to the Hotel isn’t very well built but that’s not the Hotel’s fault. The room overall was very cosy; the fact that we had to pay extra for using amenities like the Spa, even after paying such a huge amount for the rooms itself, was not very pleasing.

The food was good. The Bread was Hotel Bread, and every other food tasted very good.

The room itself had no funny smell or anything as reviewed by other reviewers. Probably a season thing.

The backbone of this Hotel is its impeccable view and it’s amazing trainee staff who were super sweet and very helpful.

The prices of the hotel are a little too much but definitely worth it if you’re willing to stay in Manali with an open heart and if you want an amazing F&B experience.

  2. I recently stayed at this so-called “5-star” resort, and it was an utter disappointment. The rooms were musty, with a pervasive odor that was almost unbearable. The sofas reeked, and the cushions smelled even worse. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority.

The room service was abysmal. Despite the exorbitant prices, the service was shockingly terrible. The food was another major letdown—roadside eateries serve better meals. It was unappetizing and poorly prepared.

The hotel staff were clueless about what good service entails. From check-in to check-out, the experience was frustrating and unpleasant. This resort is not worth even 1 star, let alone 5. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.

  3. We had a fantastic stay. Room was beautiful, views were amazing and the food was so tasty. Breakfast manager was very accommodating.
Special thank you to Sanjay Verma, Gaurav and Mahesh for being so wonderful to us. Thank you!

  4. I booked through MakeMyTrip, and had a terrible experience. When we needed a first aid kit, the staff said they had one but didn’t know where it was. After an hour, we had to buy one from outside. They never checked on us or the injured child. We weren’t offered water upon arrival despite asking multiple times and were directed to the second-floor restaurant. The staff’s lack of humanity and poor customer service was shocking. In my view, don’t come here with kids; it ruins the holiday experience. This is the worst property I’ve ever stayed at. Avoid at all costs.

  5. We’ve enjoyed the spectacular view over the valley, the peaceful location, excellent service, relaxing massages, overall a perfect stay. We will be back!
