I am currently staying for two nights at the location, would highly recommend this place to anyone coming. One of the safest, convenient and wonderful place to stay. Extremely friendly staff, very helpful and attentive, lovely clean and hygienic rooms, has a lovely balcony as well for a quiet evening cup of tea. The airport is just less than five minutes away, the front office organized us a taxi even for the airport drive. One of the best hotels I have stayed in Goa, would recommend anyone to come and stay here if you want a safe place for yourself and your family and kids, the food is really good, it’s only 100INR to the beach which has wonderful restaurants too
Well, I haven’t actually been here. But I reserved 2 rooms on MakeMyTrip. Since I am travelling with my wife, mother and infant daughter, I had booked 2 x deluxe rooms. After that I called them up to confirm my booking and made a request. My request was to ensure the deluxe rooms would be adjacent to each other, in case of any requirement at night to take care of our infant daughter. The lady receptionist told me that they cannot make promises on that and can only make a note about it. Therefore I had no choice but to cancel the booking. This was a simple request that could have been fulfilled since I booked the rooms 10 days in advance.

The hotel’s location is its biggest strength – just 1.5 km from Bogmalo Beach and a mere 5-minute drive from the airport.
I stayed here for a day on an official trip, and I’d highly recommend it for business travelers. The prime location makes it easy to get around.
However, if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation or a fun-filled getaway, this might not be the best fit.

The owner was not welcoming at all, he made us feel like we are living there for free… they dont provide food service after 9:30pm. And food service will be from 7pm to 9:30pm only. And there is issue with the carrying luggage by the different servants. They dont want to carry luggage as well. They dont provide food services from 3pm to 7:30 pm not even tea. Beware before going to such places.
When i am saying servant… i am not demeaning anybody here… its a normal hospitality that you should provide if someone is not staying on ground floor and have baby with them… you should understand this very simple thing… but you are very adamant about this as well….
You should understand no one is coming for free here… if you cant provide services… then the least you can do is to be polite and answer… you dont have that courtesy.
I have booked hotel for 5 people and three rooms…. There is a problem at your end that you are not able to fetch the information properly. I am attaching screenshot of my room booking here as well… dont put misleading comments here…. You should resolve issues with different channels about the booking information… that is not our problem… we are not living there for freee… we are paying for service and you disagree and dont provide services… you even dont provide cutlery even if someone is hungry and wants to eat food just because your hotel timing are not proper … you should take that as a feedback since as someone who is coming to stay at your hotel you should be welcoming to them… and resolve your issues with different channel partners because you have not kept proper standards and good hospitality at your end
Since after mentioning all the complaints to you still you are adamant about your services is the reason , i dont recommend your hotel at all. Thanks.
First of all staffs are not friendly to help during checkin process.
Secondly it’s not a baby friendly hotel due to frequent flight sounds which disturbs both baby and us.
So totally worst experience in a trip.
