The overall experience was wonderful! Pravin here (I think he’s the bell boy) – he is an all rounder; can play pool – he even taught me how to play, dances well, and overall a very fun and lively person! Had a great time with him and the other.

The very first word that reminds me of this place is the service attitude. Location wise also it is outside of the regular city chaos . Rooms are maintained near and have good balcony views. Room tariffs are worth it and offers value for money . The restaurant section could be improved with the quality of food a bit .

It has been great experience with T&U resort Munnar. Rooms are clean and view is beautiful. Hotel staff is very good. There are plenty of options to spend time.
