I was invited here for my nephew’s birthday party. The room my cousin booked was amazing and clean with so many facilities available.
We had a buffet lunch for his birthday. So many desserts and they were all amazing. Wish the starters were more and the Main dishes need more improvement flavour wise to be really good.
The property itself is a haven of tranquility, nestled amidst nature with lush greenery all around. The attention to detail in cleanliness is remarkable, and the food served was simply delightful—each meal was a treat to our taste buds.
The perfect place to explor Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts.

Location, ambience, service is excellent but when comes to food and pricing its disappointing. I mean shelling out a star hotel money on food and in return u won’t get that taste and quality actually don’t allow anyone to go again. Rate of food is abruptly high as compared to the quality n quantity of food. Better to spend on other luxury hotel or restaurant on food rather than this resort.
Suggestion to the resort owner- Hire a good management school Manager with experience in food industry of Assam.
And checkout the market first before making a menu.
Mayfair Spring Valley Resort is located in Sonapur of Kamrup district of Assam and is in stones through distance from Guwahati. The area was made up with greeneries all around with aesthetically designed surroundings. I didn’t stay in their rooms and just went for lunch with my friend. The food was also good. Staff were courteous and well behaved. Good for a day tour with friends and families
