Disappointing and Disrespectful Service at Memory Inn Hotel**
I visited Memory Inn Hotel today with my parents to book a hall for my father’s retirement celebration. We were initially optimistic about the venue, and the manager presented us with the food menu, allowing us to discuss the pricing. However, upon proposing a price that we felt was reasonable, the manager’s response was nothing short of appalling.
In a tone that can only be described as condescending and unprofessional, he outright rejected our offer and stated, quite rudely, that this hotel “is not for you” and advised us to seek another venue. His attitude was not only disrespectful but also deeply insulting. We left feeling humiliated and ashamed, questioning why a potential customer would be treated with such disdain.
For a place that supposedly prides itself on hospitality, this experience was a disheartening reminder that respect and decency should be at the forefront of customer service—qualities that were sorely lacking at Memory Inn Hotel. We will certainly not be returning, nor will we recommend this establishment to others.
Rooms and washroom are of big size and hygienic.
Food is also served timely without compromising on the quality.
Staff is friendly and always ready to assist.

Excellent, I had a great experience with my stay at Memory inn. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful and clean. Also, there banquet services are perfect to celebrate an occasion with your loved ones 🙂
Memory inn is the only hotel in Bhiwani , which can be said best in terms of every facility and service. The staff and management is very kind and cooperative. Must book for ur stay in Bhiwani.
