Never visit this hotel.. booked the hotel with an ac room and to my knowledege the ac doesnot gets chill even after 2 hours.. and when i complained they asked me to shift at 11pm when my things were all set in the room… no backup generator to run the bathroom lights, power line sockets and ac which doesnot run… And the food 🤮, no non veg was available due to some festive season but the veg was yaak
A few month back we had booked Hall I this hotel for small wedding function but there was frequent power cut with no backup.A/C were not working properly in marriage Hall as well as in rooms. Hotel staff are inexperienced for handling situation especially the manager who is a bad person. He took full payment for photography and videography in advance and after 2 month follow up and fight he finally handed us.
Terrible experience because of the neighborhood. Hoodlums try to extort money in the form of some ridiculous parking fee, which btw is changeable according to them even if you pass by the road leading up to the hotel. Rooms are dingy and the room service is terrible. You have to nag the hotel staff for every little thing!
Very Bad service I have ever got is from this hotel. bad management, Wrost facilities. I went there for engagement and AC was not working in that hotel and when we complained about that then the hotel management started shouting on us instead of resolving our issue.
