We stayed there for 3 night.
Hitanshi arranged our stay there, she was very supportive and helpful throughout.
Hotel manager and staff are also doing great job and maintaining cleanliness.
Pawan and Raj both were helpful.
Only improvement needed is food.
Overall value for money. Go for it.
I booked Manali Package with Mysterious Himachal Tour company and Aditi Chauhan mam booked everything.
Package and hotel was best in class. Hotels is very beautiful. It is located on high hill and the room is neat and clean.
The view from the balcony is superb.
Hotel manager Mr Pawan is very cooperative and supportive. He is very polite and always available for help whenever required.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The service was quite poor and the staff exhibited unfriendly behavior throughout my stay. The room service was inadequate, and the food quality was unsatisfactory. What troubled me the most was that there seemed to be a lack of attentive staff members willing to listen to and address my concerns. It’s essential for hotels to prioritize customer satisfaction and swiftly resolve any issues that arise. I hope that this feedback can prompt the hotel to improve its services and ensure a more positive experience for future guests.
