One of the finest stay in recent times..!! We stayed for 2 nights and those 2 days were great. The staff were friendly, service was prompt and the food was tasty. What ever you request it was delivered with smile. The rooms were spacious and clean, easily accessible to garden from the room. Camp fire is provided daily in the garden area. Kids play area is good but the plastic on see saw was rustic. View is great from the garden and room, you could enjoy your early morning and evening coffee with a great view in peaceful ambience.
We had a very pleasant stay. Ideal location with stunning views from the lake view room balcony. Immaculate maintenance of the property and attention to detail. Great hospitality from the staff. Breakfast buffet was good and in room dining had enough menu options to suit everyone.
Spent two nights here. Resort is easily accessible and has a beautiful lake view.
Kid-friendly location with a spacious play area along with some indoor games.
The property is very well maintained.
Food here deserves a special mention. Breakfast buffet was SO tasty that we ended up eating all 3 courses of meal here itself. If you are travelling with kids and elderly, I recommend you to dine in the resort itself rather than trying out new hotels. Food is fresh and yum. Extra brownie points for the Venpongal they served for breakfast!
Also, the sheets and towels in the room were spotless, sun dried and well kept.
Staff were excessively polite and prompt in their services.
Will definitely visit this place again!!!!!
Great Rooms, People and Ambience. I generally prefer 4-5 star hotels but due to non availability I booked this. I have been here in Aug month, but what a wonderful hotel and staff. I really cherish my decision to select this hotel for a long weekend gateway. Everything is great about the hotel .
2 Suggestions : If hotel can start bar and late night room dining service that this hotel will be the first choice for everyone.
Really loved the stay on 24th August. The dinner, the camp fire and music… excellent ambience. staff was very friendly. I loved their approach of having only less than 20 rooms…and give excellent service. the manager(I forgot his name…) is very nice.
