  1. Myna Eco Camp is a small cosy homestay with 2 large cottages (with 2 double beds in each cottage). It is just 200 metres away from the main gate of Bansbari Range and surrounded by tea plantation. Owner of the property Mr Dipen Das and his wife Mrs Das run the homestay. They are very welcoming and excellent hosts who will make sure that you get the most out of your trip. A highly recommended place if you are looking for a homely homestay with good ethnic food and local guidance for your trip.

  2. We had a wonderful stay here. Initially we planned to stay for 2 nights but later we extended our stay to 3 nights. The Owner Deepen Das and his family is very friendly. The surrounding of the home stay is very beautiful.

  3. A beautiful homestay with even better hosts who are friendly and very helpful. Gives a traditional rural assam taste to the trip. With tea plantations around the place and the Manas national park gate hardly 200 m, its a perfect place to stay in

  4. We stayed in the Myna Eco Camp for three nights.

It is located just at a distance of 200 mtrs, approx, from the main entry gate of Manas National Park, Bansbari Range. Sprawling tea gardens in front of the camp is so soothing to the weird eyes.

The rooms were very spacious, with a front varanda. There are two separate beds in each room in opposite corners, which can accommodate 2 + 2 persons. The rooms are very comfortable and fitted with necessary furniture. The attached toilet is very clean and airy, fitted with geyser. The wash basin is a bit small which should be replaced with a bigger one.

The host, Mr. Dipen Das is really a nice person. He lives with his family within the camp complex with his family, consisting of his wife, 8 yr old daughter, Priyanka, his father-in-law and mother-in-law.

They served us home cooked, tasty and healthy meals, most important when you are traveling with elderly and infants.

Mr. Das is a shop owner at the main bazar of Bansbari. He is a very well known personality of the locality. He arranged all three Jeep safaries and the elephant safari for us well in advance.

Other than two cottages he has arrangement for tents also.

Hope Mr. Dipen Das will develop the place further to the full satisfaction of the visiting guests.

I recommend the place for group visiting Manas National Park.

    Best wishes for Das family.
